  • Requirements for a Registered Office
  • Proof of the registered place of business (Ownership documents/ rent or lease agreement)
  • No Objection Certificate (signed by the owner/ landlord)
  • Address proof of registered office
  • Documents to be submitted by Directors and Shareholders
      1. Self-attested copy of PAN Card
      2. Self-attested copy of Driver’s License/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card/Passport
      3. Passport-size Photograph
  • Specimen Signature Certificate
      1. DIN (Director Identification Number) of the Directors
  • Documents to be drafted by CA or CS:
    1. MOA (Memorandum of Association) of the Company
    2. AOA (Article of Association) of the Company
    3. MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) form attestation.
