Trademarks are valid for ten years and can be extended indefinitely. The Registrar has given you a six-month timeframe to do so, starting six months before the expiration date. And if you forget, as even major corporations are prone to, you can receive a note to your registered address prior to the expiration date. If you do not file for renewal, the registrar will publish notice of its intent to do so.
