REFUND POLICY

ApnaLegal Services Private Limited is committed to a high level of client service. This includes clearly communicating the costs associated with the service and the process we use to facilitate payment of fees.Below, please find our process for refund of money for incomplete services.

So fees has to paid in advance against invoice from ApnaLegal services before of the performance of service (e.g. Obtaining DSC, obtaining DIN, Incorporation Filing, Trademark Filing etc.,). the client may receive a final invoice from ApnaLegal Services Private Limited of these final fees and costs.

Refunds are to be made only the invate of incomplete service accounting error or other issue relative to the service.

No refund is been processed if the service is been provided from ApnaLegal Services Private Limited and there is a rejection comes from the Registrar of companies side in these following cases:

ApnaLegal Services Private Limited processes all written requests for refunds.ApnaLegal Services(P) Ltd., will review the entire contents of the client’s physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within 2(two) working days.Our company will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of ApnaLegal Services(P) Ltd.,

In case of any cancellation by the user within 24 hours of the payment, all the money paid by the customer would be initiated for refund without any question asked. But if the customer would take more than 24 hours to intimate the cancellation request, the customer needs to bear a charge of Rs.1500 towards cancellation charges.

Ultimately we are always aiming to be as transparent in our representation as possible. Clients are encourage to ask their questions or communicate their concerns to our office anytime. We will then try to answer or address immediately.
